Amanda and I grew up in Winchester, KY, which is a small town just outside of Lexington. We began dating in high school and attended a small college together in Kentucky. Shortly after graduating from college, we got married. We now have four beautiful children and at times our house feels like a zoo.
Our story is one of brokenness and restoration through Jesus Christ. Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is near to the broken-hearted and (He) saves the crushed in spirit." This is our story. The Outpost Community Church desires to be a vibrant and diverse family of believers seeking to make disciples in downtown Monroe. Our mission given by the Lord is simply this, love God and love neighbor.

We must give thanks to Parkway Baptist Church in Bardstown, KY and First Presbyterian Church in Trenton, MI for believing in the work God has called our family to in Monroe. The spiritual, relational, and financial support that has been provided has blessed us more than we could imagine. We will be forever indebted to these brothers and sisters in Christ and especially the current leadership.
Jason completed his Master of Divinity from SBTS in the Summer of 2018. We have been holding services for about five years now.
